You know when you finish something and figuratively tap yourself in the back thinking “you did good, you did good”. I might’ve done that here.
This is MRLocolow’s latest request and also something I’ve been hoping to do for a while, Tracer. Sure, its a very “character” outfit, and not easy to match to other/new characters without being reminded of her, but its a joy to look at.
Before I forget, you can find the hairstyle at Starlene Hair Pack 02 v2.0.
Also, note that I used roy12’s fur shader for some segments of the outfit. You can find instructions for how the color pickers influence it here. The second colorpicker might annoy you a little (the one that changes the main outfit color), since its shine color will influence the fur length and so forth, but if you can keep it near the middle greyscale values the fur should look fine without messing up the main color choice. I really didn’t want to set only the fur as a separate item.
There were quite a few challenges with this one but I think I managed to clear them all, it was one the the most fun outfits to weight paint I’ve done so far. At least as much fun as weight painting can get… Anyways, I’m rambling too much, here’s the download.

Updates:
- 22-08-2018 - version 0.9 : Early Release.
- 06-09-2018 - version 1.01 : Corrected some item names.
Ah, lastly, I’m aware someone else recently released their version of this outfit. But, whether I’d still do this knowing that or not can never really be answered, since I was already halfway done with this at the time. Obviously, I continued to finish it.
So we can label it as bad luck/timing, I guess.
Note:
If anyone would like to tweak the color for the jacket’s “leather”, since its not in game colorable. You can do it by downloading SB3UGS and opening the abdata\chara\starlene\starlene_cosplaypack_11.unity3d file and following these clicks until you get to the small panel with the RGB (red, green, blue) values. Lower and raise them equally to decrease and increase texture brightness, for example.
Afterwards make sure to “File->Save” your changes.

Hi Starlene,
Your work is great! I love the complexity and the details that you put into each one of your projects. This one especially looks very similar to the actual outfit. Do you have any plans for more overwatch outfits?
This ended up getting me to buy the humble bundle that included Overwatch. I got to play a bit and get attached to some characters so I might end up giving them another go.
On the other hand I wouldn’t say Overwatch drives a lot of sex appeal though, in the sense that there are like, 5 or 6 very good looking characters from a huge selection.
My current fav being Hammond (wrecking ball).
Not quite the best person to complain here (seeing i got this mod free) but i saw that wheb i try to color, the pants did’nt change the color. Is there any fix to it? Otherwis the your mod is excellent. Thank you.
Criticism is welcome.
I think (from memory) that these leggings should change color with the third and fourth slider. Try messing with those.
